Pre Order Policy Preorder items are products that are not currently in stock at the time of purchase. These items are secured in advance and will be shipped once inventory has been received and processed. If your package is marked as lost or stolen, we recommend contacting USPS directly for further assistance and to begin the claims or investigation process.
