Pre Order Policy Preorder items are products that are not currently in stock at the time of purchase. These items are secured in advance and will be shipped once inventory has been received and processed. All preorder items require approximately 7–14 business days for processing prior to shipping, excluding weekends and holidays. Although we work hard to ensure every package is packaged and shipped securely, unforeseen situations such as lost, delayed, or stolen packages may occasionally occur during transit and are unfortunately outside of our control. If your package is marked as lost or stolen, we recommend contacting USPS directly for further assistance and to begin the claims or investigation process. USPS has access to the appropriate tracking tools and resources needed to help locate and resolve shipment-related issues.
