To preserve the quality and longevity of your hair extensions, proper maintenance and care are required. We strongly recommend following all recommended hair care instructions, including appropriate washing, conditioning, storage, and styling practices.

Please note that we are not responsible for any damage, shedding, dryness, tangling, discoloration, or reduced lifespan caused by improper maintenance, excessive heat, chemical processing, product misuse, or mishandling after purchase.

Pre Order Policy Preorder items are products that are not currently in stock at the time of purchase. These items are secured in advance and will be shipped once inventory has been received and processed. By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and agree that your order will require additional processing and fulfillment time before shipment. All preorder items require approximately 7–14 business days for processing prior to shipping, excluding weekends and holidays. Although we work hard to ensure every package is packaged and shipped securely, unforeseen situations such as lost, delayed, or stolen packages may occasionally occur during transit and are unfortunately outside of our control. If your package is marked as lost or stolen, we recommend contacting USPS directly for further assistance and to begin the claims or investigation process. USPS has access to the appropriate tracking tools and resources needed to help locate and resolve shipment-related issues. To help protect your order, we encourage customers to monitor the tracking information provided in their shipping confirmation email and consider purchasing shipping insurance when available. Fraudulent disputes or chargebacks filed after a confirmed delivery or after services/products have been provided may result in refusal of future service and additional action if necessary.
