Due to the nature of preorder items, all preorder purchases are considered final once an order has been successfully placed. We do not accept cancellations, refunds, exchanges, or chargebacks for preorder items after checkout has been completed.

Although we work hard to ensure every package is packaged and shipped securely, unforeseen situations such as lost, delayed, or stolen packages may occasionally occur during transit and are unfortunately outside of our control. If your package is marked as lost or stolen, we recommend contacting USPS directly for further assistance and to begin the claims or investigation process. USPS has access to the appropriate tracking tools and resources needed to help locate and resolve shipment-related issues. To help protect your order, we encourage customers to monitor the tracking information provided in their shipping confirmation email and consider purchasing shipping insurance when available. Shipping and delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier selected at checkout and begin once your order has been processed and shipped. After your order has been dispatched, a confirmation email containing your tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout so you can monitor your package throughout transit.
